The Whytecliffe Group

Whytecliffe Ltd offers care and support to older people with age related illnesses such as dementia, strokes and other difficulties associated with old age. We also offer care and support to younger individuals when an assessment of needs confirms that the service is suitably designed to facilitate care. As such, our homes are diverse and promote a wide range of support and treatment.

Our homes offer levels of care including Nursing, End of Life Care and short term Respite Care. Our aim is to assess and support all people, wherever possible, irrespective of their needs.

We are the parent company of two care homes:

At Whytecliffe we listen to and involve each individual in our support and care services, as no one guides and influences us better than you. Together we create opportunities for everyone to achieve their own personal goals. The resident is the priority to all that we do at Whytecliffe, and delivering high quality care and service is our top priority.

We work closely with local authorities including Brighton and Hove City Council, Primary Care Trusts and NHS Trusts and are committed to building partnerships that are focused on constant service improvements to meet the needs of individual people which are in line with regulatory requirements and best practice.

Aug 2022 - My brother was moved here after a long time in hospital and is sadly at the end of his life being blind and paralysed. The staff and management and nurses have been so kind and helpful not just with my brother but also in helping me deal with what's going on. The home itself is spotless and newly decorated to a high standard. The food is also excellent and cooked fresh every day. My brother can be very difficult as he has mental health issues too and the staff have been very kind and understanding towards him. I feel very lucky he got a placement here and want to thank everyone there for the support and special care my brother deserves. Would recommend this home 100% to anyone. (Son of resident)

May 2022 - My mother was first a resident in the home for respite and I visited frequently and was impressed with how the staff treated the residents with dignity, respect and kindness. Also, she was always smartly dressed when I saw her. The food she received was of a good standard and a generous portion. (Son of resident)
